Job Outputs:
Handle the renewal, claims and amendments process
Weekly and monthly reporting
Data capturing and related administration
Follow up process and quality assurance on new business
Attend to customer enquiries
Contact new clients and underwrite policies
Load new policies on the system

Qualifications:
Grade 12
60 FAIS credits or a full qualification as per legislation(NQF 4)
Regulatory exam
Experience:
2 years' applicable Commercial Insurance Customer Service experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Multilingual, including English
Communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
Excellent telephone etiquette
