Administration Clerk-MH Solutions

Our client in Centurion is looking for a strong administrator with stock taking experience to join their team

To ensure invoicing and returning of stock is processed daily.


To ensure installations, repairs and stock returns (where requried) are invoiced / processed
To ensure each case is updated accordingly with corresponding job number
To ensure all Accpac jobs are posted and completed daily
To ensure each stock take is investigated and reconciled accurately to avoid / minimise stock losses
To ensure all manual job cards are received from Technicians / PFC's are loaded on CRM and filed
Complete administration as required
Grade 12
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Stock taking experience
MS Excel
Accpacc
MS CRM
MaXx
