Position Details
Position Title: Temp Customer Order Administrator
Location: Centurion
Classification: Fixed-term Contract (5 Months)
Employment Equity: Preference will be given to EE applicants
Deltamune (Pty) Limited is a world class South African-based biotechnology company. Our focus is on veterinary and public health offering both vaccines and diagnostic tests on a commercial scale. Deltamune’s veterinary vaccine range includes registered and autogenous vaccines for poultry, ruminants and other species.

Position Purpose
To receive and process all client orders for vaccines, sample collection material and reagents for distribution to Deltamune’s customers and distributors.
Key Accountabilities:
Receipting of orders from clients.
Request for quotations
Accurate processing of orders
Timeous dispatching of orders to clients
Maintaining the database of client information
Document control and customer inquiries
Update ACCPAC system daily to ensure high data quality and integrity as per system guidelines.
Prepare quotes for the sales team, distribute them and follow up consumables.
Assist new clients with Deltamune processes (ordering consumables and queries) and logistical info
Liaising with internal stakeholders on availability of vaccines and consumables to prevent stock shortages.
Preparation of weekly back order reports
Promote positive relations with clients, partners, vendors and networks
Undertake all activities as per the required standards, policies and procedures
Wider involvement in Deltamune

This will result in effective internal and external customer support, client satisfaction, repeat business, reputation building, operational and cost efficiency and improved capacity to increase the size of the client base. The customer order administrator’s activities should be in line with the brand, marketing and sales framework, policies, guidelines and supporting operating manuals.

Specifications
Qualifications:
Matric (grade 12)
Knowledge / Experience:
Previous experience in using ACCPAC is advantageous
Previous order administration is essential
Additional Requirements:
Computer literacy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have good administrative and analytical skills
Excellent organisational skills
