Bicacon is a fully black owned and managed company, established in 2009 with the goal of becoming a
dynamic and leading player within the infrastructure development sector. Since then, the company has
established itself as a significant turnkey service provider in multi-disciplinary areas related to Engineering
Consulting, Construction, Maintenance and Asset Management.
The growing Bicacon Group is in the market to appoint a Procurement Administrator.
Bicacon is based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving requisitions from sites.

Check and verify cost codes and approved signatures.Capture requisitions on Buildsmart to Procurement.
Check requisition register from site and monitor lead time.
Liaise with finance department and follow up on payments from accounts to suppliers to release materials.
Follow up on delivery notes, invoices and rates on purchase orders and collaborate invoices.
Batch documentation for payment.
Prepare unprocessed costs from delivery notes where invoices have not been received.
Check and maintain the materials received register.
General administrative duties.
Requirements:
A Qualification in Supply Chain/Procurement/Accounts would be advantageous
Three or more years of relevant experience in supply chain/procurement or accounts within the Civil/Construction Industry.
Proficient in Ms Office and experience in Buildsmart software.
