Job Description/Duties


Product management, development and improvements
Stock movement: Purchase Orders, Sales Reports & Stock level monitoring
Stock forecasting
Constant liaising with manufacturing companies
Source and compare quotes
Liaise with graphic designer
Liaise with suppliers
Wholesalers
Receive and process orders on Pastel
Generate Customer Quotes and Invoices on Pastel
Maintain a good relationship with buyers and marketing managers

Process sales reports in Microsoft Access and Excel
Annually update and maintain Wholesaler Trading Agreements
Sales Representatives
Liaise with representatives
Calculate monthly sales commissions
Communicate promotional events and dates
Ensure stock levels are sufficient for promotions
Order, print and distribute promotional flyers, POS, posters etc.
Office operations
Filing
Legal documentations – creation and distribution of letters and notifications
Telephone etiquette – must be comfortable with conversing telephonically

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Fluent in English – writing and speaking
Own reliable transport
Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite. Certificates obtained for applicable computer programmes a plus.
Proficient in the use of Pastel Accounting Software.
2 years working experience in an office environment is a plus.
