Purpose of the Role:
To provide a full spectrum of cleaning tasks/services within the Ulwembu Business Services offices as agreed by performing regular cleaning tasks/routines across all office areas as well as ad hoc requirements, so that the internal offices working environment is always clean & serviced to a high level of quality and efficiency. May be asked to perform ad hoc assisting, support, coffee/tea making service, delivery and collection tasks or assist with moving articles/things between offices, floors, etc.
1. Office Cleaning Services (To clean offices, which covers floors, equipment/ furniture, and workspaces, using the correct cleaning equipment & consumables, and as per cleaning schedule)
2. General Areas Cleaning Services (To check use of general areas, reception, waiting areas, conference room(s),Balcony,Stairs, etc. and cleans when required after meetings and more thoroughly as per schedule
3. Kitchen Cleaning Services (To check use of kitchenette and area around it, and cleans when required after use or each day as required after utilisation, as well as cleaning utensils, cutlery, etc. that was used)
4. Ad hoc Cleaning Services (To provide cleaning services as required, e.g. when there has been a spillage of liquid, or office equipment has been moved leaving stains, other arising cleaning needs, etc.
5. Assistance with Related Physical & Support Tasks (To assist in various tasks that range from removal of equipment/goods from an office to a new one, carrying consumables to cabinet, making tea/coffee, supporting receptionist in tasks, etc.
6. Consumables & Equipment/ Utensils (To maintain equipment in good working order and ensures through ordering via supervisor that equipment, utensils and consumables for kitchenette, offices, general & specific purpose areas are always available and are used efficiently)
7. Bathroom Cleaning (To ensure both men’s & ladies bathrooms are kept in a hygienic condition)
