Acrobranch Adventure Park, market leader in Tree-top Adventures is looking for individuals passionate about customer service and sales.

Our main market consists of Corporate Team buildings & Year End Functions, followed by School excursions, Birthday parties, Family outings and other events.

The environment you will be working in is fast-past, productive and dynamic.

Key Performance Areas:

You will be responsible for handling customer’s queries and resolving matters either by telephone and/or e-mail

Process that involves their first contact with guest, making accurate bookings, following up on queries/payments, recordings of payments/client details and final confirmations
Efficient & accurate in their dealings with our customers.
Position that reports to the Customer Service Manager
Proper induction and training will be provided

Performance monitored on a monthly basis
This is also a sales role, whereby you will need to;

Establishing a corporate database
Phoning, setting up appointments and meeting with corporates to close teambuilding bookings
Liaising with the CEO and Marketing Manager to establish further needs and gaps in the market and acting accordingly (as mentioned above)
The ideal candidate needs to have:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Great multi-tasking – and organisational skills and will have to be able to handle pressure well
Exceptional negotiating and deal-closing abilities
Previous Sales Experience
Own, reliable transport
Qualifications & Experience:

Matric
Previous experience in a similar environment
Relevant tertiary qualification - an advantage
The role is based in Centurion at Acrobranch Head Quarters, but is not only office based and will include traveling.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5,500.00 to R6,000.00 /month
