Our National client within the COURIER | FREIGHT | EXPRESS industry seeks to employ an "industry specific and experienced" SALES REPRESENTATIVE to market their products and services within the greater Durban (eThekwini district). Maintaining current client relationships while attracting new business, they will ensure they promote the company brand according to National standards.

Interested applicants MUST HAVE a minimum of 3x years SALES REPRESENTATIVE experience within the Courier, Freight, Express industry. (Non-negotiable).

Open to South African Citizens.

Main Outputs and Responsibilities;

Service and maintain current customer relationships.
Attract and build new business through sales and focused business development.
Ability to focus on national accounts, corporate accounts and small to medium business' (SMME).

Minimum Qualification, Experience and Skill required;

Min 3 years working experience within the Courier / Express / Freight industry as a Sales Representative.
Grade 12 + a recognized Sales & Marketing Diploma / Degree (advantage)
Knowledge of Parcel Perfect (or similar)
Proven new business sales track record
Must reside within the Durban district.
Ability to work on Windows Based programs
Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans with Customers
Work industry related hours (when required)
Well-presented and professional disposition.
Honesty and integrity.
Self-managed and motivated.
Must have own transport
Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 08)
Able to travel when required.
Must be able to multi-task
Attention to detail.
Computer literate
Drivers licence
Contactable references.
Available to start September or October 2018.
