It all started in 1993 when the current owner, Mr. A. Nicolakakis, a restauranteur by trade decided to purchase a flagging pizza restaurant with the intention of turning it around with his extensive knowledge and expertise. That is when Little Caesarβs came into being. Unfortunately legalities arose with the registration of the company name, which then favourably lead to the βbirthβ of Romanβs Pizza in 2002.
Since then the company has gone from strength to strength. Our goal today remains the same, and that is to offer the best value for money in the industry. At Romanβs Pizza we strive to provide the best quality pizzas at the best value for money.
We are looking for a Field Consultant who will consult and assist the franchisee to maintain a high standard with relations to product quality, product specifications, hygiene standards and maximizing customer service levels and profitability.
Building a strong relationship with owners and store management by consulting, training and providing leadership.
Ensuring a high level of store standards and product specification by conducting regular store audits across the regions.
Facilitating effective communications between franchisee's and Roman's Head Office.
Analyzing sales trends and identifying risk factors.
Analyzing general performance statistics with regards to compliance to ensure consistent product, service excellence and possible training needs.
Identifying new opportunities that will assist franchisee's in growing market share and increasing sales.
Assisting franchisee owners with food costs and maintaining group average theoretical margins. Identifying problematic areas and implementing action plans to maximize profitibility.
Producing a special focus on underperforming stores.
Assisting franchisee's in business plans, cash flow management and forecasting.
A grade 12 with a mimumum of 5 years management experience in the restuarant or fast food industry essential.
A tertiary qualification and additional courses related to the position would be an advantage.
Previous experience in dealing with franchisee's is highly desireable.
A solid understanding of training principles and a proven culture of developing high standards is essential.
Financial knowledge, analytical skills and a good eye for detail is necessary.
Computer literate on Word, Excel and Power Point.
A valid drivers license essential.
Travelling is required from time to time depending upon business requirements.
High energy and the ability to work under pressure is needed.
Flexible and the ability to adapt to change.
Influential, ability to think strategically, pro-active, committed, a good negotiator, ability to handle conflict and an excellent communicator is essential.
