This role will be part of the Front of House team, dealing directly with our high net-worth customers. The person best suited for this position is an individual who will go the extra mile in engaging with our customers and ensuring a seamless Customer Journey.
What will your main duties be?
Greet and direct our customers in a optimistic, friendly and professional manner
Keep the Front of House area impeccably neat at all times
Assist with client requests and inquiries
Manage incoming calls alongside your FOH team
Engage with our customers to ensure a seamless Customer Journey
Client Communication (quotes, job status updates etc)
Printing and Processing Invoices
Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card)
Selling Company Products
Stock Taking & Stock Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
What background do you need in order to apply?
Matric (Grade 12)
Computer Literate (Emails, Excel etc)
A minimum of 2 years Retail experience in a Customer service role
Experience in the Technology / Cellular space is advantageous
