A dynamic, self-motivated, target driven JUNIOR FMCG MERCHANDISING SALES REP is required to service the Empangeni (Zululand) district. Ability to liaise with customers and build sales through good relationships.

Previous big company brand name merchandising working experience (advantage).

Previous perishables FMCG foods experience; Processed foodstuffs, Juice, Dairy, Yogurt or other similar etc (advantage)

South African citizens only + contactable references required.

Responsibilities and Duties;

Selling and putting deals together
Establish and maintain good customer relations

Marketing and promoting of products
Carry out and manage promotions, taste testing events etc
To initiate new business opportunities
Manage and train merchandisers
Carry out merchandiser evaluations and manage their KPM’s
Ensure all required documents and reports are done timeously
Minimum Requirements;

Qualification, Skills and Experience;

Previous big company brand name merchandising working experience (advantage).
Diploma in Sales Management advantageous
A valid code 08/EB driver’s license
Experience in product merchandising essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a FMCG sales rep role (Jnr rep)
Salary R7 000.00 – R10 000.00kpm Neg + Company Car + Cell Phone
