Key Outputs:
Meetings and appointments are scheduled and coordinated with all attendees as per set requirements.
Responsible for typed and organized documentation and correspondence.
Performing reception services.
Responsible for correspondence management.
Provides quick and thorough service for internal/external clients regarding requests or problems.
Demonstrates a commitment to the organizationβs vision and values.
Commitment to client services.
Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 yearsβ secretarial experience in a similar environment.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Basic knowledge of medico-legal risks.
Sound relationships and ability to communicate on all levels.
Displays a team approach by participating actively and cooperatively with team members.
Displays meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to plan and organise to ensure that work is completed in an efficient manner.
Maintains a customer-focused mindset that acknowledges the value of the customer.
Exhibits full responsibility for own work outputs.
