This is an exciting position for a talented and highly motivated young individual, who is innovative and interested in being part of a start-up software company which is expanding both locally and internationally. The main focus of your role within the organisation will be to grow and develop the company's presence in the business world, through paid, organic and outbound marketing strategies.


Minimum Requirements:
Commerce Decree including accounting as a subject.
2 Years of work experience in the finance or accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
A fast learner who can pick up concepts around.
Good attention to detail

Prior experience with lease accounting and/or IFRS 16 (Beneficial)
Experience in a fast-growth start-up – you know what it takes to market a company through rapid growth (Beneficial)
Previous experience marketing a B2B SaaS product (Beneficial)
Experience managing Google Ads (Beneficial)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Researching possible clients to contact
Provide assistance in growing and expanding our solution to prospective clients
Assisting with setting up demo meetings with prospective clients and closing the deal
Onboarding new clients onto Rubli’s platform
Providing IFRS 16 assistance to existing and new clients
Liaising with client request and client’s auditor requests
Learn and understand all the technical aspects of the Company’s product and governing rules.
Business development and growth of client base and products, including finding opportunities in the market, demonstrating the product to all potential clients, and pushing potential clients to close the deal.
Develop relationships with existing and new clients and offer new solutions.
Implement, onboard and advise on the technical aspects relating to Rubli’s product.
Assist clients with IFRS 16 and lease-related queries and in using the system.
Collaborate with shareholders to develop further solutions based on client requirements.
Provide ongoing feedback and ideas to shareholders on ways to improve the system.
