Job Specification...
Responsbilities:

To provide support and assistance to the electricians to execute their duties throughout the University: APK and APB Campuses, all related properties and infrastructure.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleaning of workshops, substations, electrical plant rooms and associated equipment.
Basic electrical maintenance, repair and installation under the guidance of competent staff.
Replacement of fused lamps and tubes
Digging and trenching of Electrical Cables
Minimum Requirements...
Grade 10/ N2 or equivalent

2 years experience in basic electrical maintenance, repair and installation.

Recommendations:

Driving license will be advantageous
Competencies and Behavioural Attributes:

Technical knowledge with a focus on work standards and customer, demonstrate ability to work in a team.
Strong interpersonal relationships.
Cleaning and storage of tools.
