Stock Coordinator

Location: Samrand
Candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of all Wits offsite stock transactions, including
receipting and issue of stock, matching stock requests against physical stock, matching returned
stock against approval form, stock takes and cycle counts.
Primary Role Accountabilities :
 Processing of all Wits offsite stock transactions
 Picking and verifying of stock against requests for stock and returns
 Management of stock to and from the storage containers
 Managing queries and reporting to management
 Participation in Stock Takes and Cycle Counts and variance analysis
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
 Strong computer literacy skills, specifically in MS Office with very strong Organizational skills
including the ability to work in a team
 Ability to work under pressure and without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks

and on time delivery, reliable and committed.
 Analytical, Logical and methodical with emphasis on attention detail
 ERP system knowledge – Great Plains would be an advantage
 Senior Certificate (Matric) Essential
