Specific Outputs
Primary Role will be the sorting of Secondary and Primary POD`s as received from the Creditors department
The Scanning of the POD`s
The Sorting of the Credits as received from the Creditors Clerk
The Filing of the Credit Notes and all POD`s
Assisting with other DC Admin related Functions

Assisting with Monthly Stock Counts
Partake in Work related Committees such as Heatlh & Safety, First Aid etc.
Scanning of Credit Notes

Required Experience
Eighteen months to two years relevant experience

Qualifications
Grade 12


Primary Objectives of the Position
Performs varied clerical duties and is responsible for the full clerical function, but cannot be considered a skilled or specialist clerk. Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
