The following vacancies in the Customer Service department for GEMS Business Unit in Braamfontein are available for suitably qualified persons. This exciting opportunity awaits a go getter who is a self-motivated individual. You will be responsible for dealing with member queries and ensuring service delivery in line with the Business Unit SLA.
THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Ensuring the resolution of client queries and aim to achieve first call resolution
Maintaining the goodwill of the company by upholding the SLA standards
Investigating queries where necessary and provide timeous feedback to the member
Interpreting the query and determine the appropriate path of resolution
Escalating queries where necessary to ensure member satisfaction
Accurate logging of information for statistical reporting purposes
THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or Grade 12 equivalent
MS Office proficiency
2-3 years' experience in a call centre or client service environment is essential
Medical Aid administration experience(would be an advantage)
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Preferred languages: Afrikaans, Sesotho, Setswana, SiSwati, Xitsonga
You will be required to work 6 days a week, i.e. Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00. Saturdays work will be based on operational requirements
