The duties of this position would include answering the telephone professionally and routing to the correct department, welcoming clients and being of assistance. The administrative functions would include scheduling appointments for staff, checking files and being of assistance to the sales staff, answering their emails, forwarding communication to the relevant persons and general administrative duties in a real estate business. The skills required are that the candidate is always very friendly, professional and helpful towards the staff and our customers. Being extremely competent with Windows, Google and database tools, combined with the ability to use any software with brief training is an absolute must. The candidate must have a minimum of one relevant post matric qualification, be fluent in several languages and have some accounting experience. The person must also be punctual and responsible.
