Employer: Mustek Limited
Ensure that monthly debtors rebate calculation is correctly performed and rebate amounts are collected when due.

•Accurately calculate the unsold sell-out rebate on stock on hand, and ensure all amounts owed to Mustek are collected when due.

•Checking the calculation of special supplier promotions and discounts and ensuring timely collection thereof.

•Administer and check product manager provision accounts and balance back to Studio / Epicor and escalate any variances.

•Checking that all new vendor data is accurately captured on the ERP database utilized by Mustek.

•Performing regular “spot checks” to ensure the vendor data is accurately maintained in the ERP database.

•Ensure that marketing funds supplied by vendors are effectively managed and claimed and overall management of the marketing account in conjunction with the Marketing Executive.

 

 

•Provide rebate and vendor information to all internal and external stakeholders when requested.

•Implement appropriate control mechanisms to ensure the effective completion of allocated responsibilities timely and correctly.

•Plan daily duties and review progress.

•Allocate the necessary resources within the framework of the established priorities and time tables.

•Must be able to analyze problems, identify the cause of the problem and be able to take necessary steps to rectify the problem and to put measures in place to ensure that the problem does not re-occur.

•Strive to continuously improve performance through the achievement of goals and objectives.

•Take personal accountability for own performance and the performance of others and share responsibility for each other’s success.

•Understand the importance of delivering on time.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 qualification

•B-Com degree

•Deadline and result driven

•Assertiveness, pro-active and excellent communication skills

•Attention to detail

•Computer literacy –Microsoft Excel skills
