KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To effectively expedite fax and telephonic orders
To handle telephonic queries, quotations and sales orders
To handle counter sales and print picking slips for Dispatch department
To assist with implementing and maintaining the internal customer database (Goldmine)
Knowledge of heavy automotive parts
To do invoicing, customer service orders and process back orders when required as a back-up to Invoicing Clerk

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Able to handle a huge amount of pressure at all times
Computer literacy in MS Office & SYSPRO ESSENTIAL
Good understanding of sales administration

Experience in similar industry or automotive or transport
Good Communication Skills
