A well established dealership in Midrand requires a Customer Service Representative
The purpose of the job is to maintain client satisfaction, by monitoring and managing the delivery of consistent and continuous quality service.
Job Specification
Maintaining and growing customer relationships
Making first contact with customers telephonically and via email.
Ensuring leads and customers are attended to timeously and effectively.
Liaise with the Sales team regarding customer complaints and queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously.
Ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Matric
Billingual (English & Afrikaans)
Good Telephone Etiquette
Drivers Licence
Own Transport
Ability to resolve conflict and to motivate others. This includes the ability to manage and build relationships with very challenging customers. Conflict management and prioritization skills will be a key requirement.
Excellent writing ability in English
Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions
Salary Structure
