DutiesTo receive queries/complaints from external and internal stakeholder. Log queries/complaints from on SAP CRM. Provide information to walk-in and or telephone clients. Investigate and provide responds to clients. Refer queries/complaints to other business unit for further investigation. Completion of subsidy application forms. Verification of lists and beneficiaries. Allocation of RDP houses.
