Requirements

Matric plus 1- 2 years experience in Customer Relations & Office Administration. Knowledge and Competencies: Computer literate; Data Capturing. Customer Orientated. Attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communications skills. Team player

Duties

To receive queries/complaints from external and internal stakeholder. Log queries/complaints from on SAP CRM. Provide information to walk-in and or telephone clients. Investigate and provide responds to clients. Refer queries/complaints to other business unit for further investigation. Completion of subsidy application forms. Verification of lists and beneficiaries. Allocation of RDP houses.
