Job Description:

Serve the guest food and beverages while providing friendly, attentive customer service that exceeds the guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understands and adheres to the Bottaia values and service standards.
Ensure the safety of guests and associates.
Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner informing them of daily specials and answering questions regarding menu items.
Deliver food and beverages ensuring timely, consistent and quality food.
Pre bus tables between courses.
Maintain a clean work area and perform side work at the end of the shift.
Process guest payments in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy of guest check.
Be willing to assist fellow servers and bus persons as needed.

Thank the guest for coming and invite them to return.
Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery.
Required Experience:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
Has attention to detail.
Is consistently striving to be better.
Courteous and has the ability to smile spontaneously.
Must have basic knowledge of dining room service procedures.
Must be able to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 40 lbs through a crowded patio.
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must be 21+
