Role and Responsibilities

Ensuring sales targets are met
Minimise stock loss by following the correct security procedures

Stock control and merchandising
Management of all promotions
Staff management, coaching and training
Complete all administrative duties according to the company guidelines
Excellent customer service and customer relations
General housekeeping and maintenance of the store
Key requirements

Grade 12
Business related tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
2-3 years’ experience in a management role
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Own transport is essential
SE Management
