DUTIES:
Reception and general office administration duties
Liaising and dealing with Client queries and requests
Scheduling of appointments
Screening of telephone calls
Managing new Client take onβs
Administration duties relation to Income & Provisional Tax Returns

Checking of SARS refunds and payments
Electronically filing of Statements, Returns & correspondence from E-Filing
Requesting Tax Clearance Certificates
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, Clear communication in English
Own transport and driverβs license
2 β 4 yearsβ experience working in the Tax or Accounting Sector
Independent worker, meticulous and accurate
Knowledge of Tax systems, dealing with SARS and E-Filing
Experience with a digital filing system e.g. Dropbox
Familiar with Outlook, MSWord and Excel
