Your Duties will include:

Processing and maintenance of time sheets and job cards, Raising purchase supplies for the workshop, assist the workshop manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the workshop ,Inputting and recording of job completion status on the system, Maintaining and updating vehicle service schedules., Building and maintaining strong customer relationships as well as any other ad hoc duties/ projects required by the Workshop/Service Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Strong telephone manner and clear verbal and written communication skills, An aptitude for multi-tasking.with an eye for detail. Good PC skills, including Microsoft packages, word and excel, A professional, methodical approach with ability to maintain orderly administration of your work, A professional appearance with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and a reliable, diligent manner.and 2 years and above experience in a workshop/service environment.
