Your Duties will include: Promptly and professionally answering customer calls, You will be responsible for being the first line of communication for customers, meeting and greeting in a professional and friendly manner, Dealing with customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, Handling customer complaints ,queries and feedback and reverting back to the relevant consultant/departments, Answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional and confident manner,.Maintain an ongoing rapport with all clients and visitors, Ensure customers are offered refreshments, You will maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
Attend training courses as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements:
You will need to be highly articulate, enthusiastic, approachable and enjoy working with people on a daily basis, You will be well presented with a professional manner,Helpful, friendly and reliable,Customer service is paramount and it begins from the moment the customer enters the dealership. As the first person they see, you have the responsibility to provide an efficient and pleasurable experience to the customer giving a professional, impeccable first impression to them.You will have a keen eye for detail and an ability create a professional, warm and welcoming reception area.
