Stockroom Supervisor - Soweto

To oversee the back area of the store, the cleanliness and security of the store and that stock is receipted and dispatched in the correct procedure to ensure that the integrity of the stock file is maintained.

· Matric

· 2 – 3 years retail stockroom experience (Stock Management)

· 1 year supervisory experience – minimum of 3 permanent direct staff

· Customer orientation

· Integrity and values

· Managing and measuring work

· Decision making

· Planning & organizing

· Delegation and control

· Task orientation

· Development of staff

· Managing diversity

· Communication

· Ensure that all merchandise instructions are effectively implemented within the stipulated deadlines.

· Adherence of P&P with receiving and dispatching of stock.

· Effective implementation and adherence to OHASA.

· Scheduling of drivers trip sheet.

· Security and cleanliness of the store.

· Staff management.

· Enable customer centricity.

· Team work and self-management.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)
