Our most loved retail brand is looking to hire experienced and motivated Beauty Consultants who demonstrates exceptional customer service, passion for selling & a drive to excel at achieving targets.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Drive achievement of sales targets
Monitor stock accuracy and availability, display stock accordingly to ticketing principles to ensure availability to maximise selling opportunities
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and operational standards
Uphold shop-keeping standards, neatly organise the department and maintain hygiene and safety standards
Process till transactions efficiently and effectively
Maintain high standards of self-discipline in relation to dress code, personal hygiene, time-keeping and attendance
Participate and contribute in team tasks and activities
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Available and flexible to work different shifts
Beauty Consultant experience in a retail/selling environment
