STOCK CONTROLLER

Reporting directly to Production Manager of Roshell Designs, Located Kingfisher Park, Somerset West
Responsibilities of the Stock Controller:

Reconciliation and capturing of daily production sheets
Creating supplier purchase orders based on optimal stock holding principles
Collate and reconcile supplier delivery notes with purchase orders to process supplier invoices
Stock control – perpetual stock takes, minimum reorder quantity, reorder lot quantity
Resolving daily perpetual stock stake variances
Monthly stock count and variance analysis
Completion and issue of waybills
Filing all administrative and financial support documents

Other Requirements:

Stock control systems and methodology, preferably of manufacturing with bill of materials
Fluent in English and excellent communication and people skills (Xhosa fluency in addition is preferable)
Process driven; strong administrative and analytic skills
Strong IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, ERP type system)
Detail orientated with solution orientated mindset
CTC Salary Range: R5,500 to R6,500 per month dependent on qualification and experience

Minimum Qualification: Matric with Mathematics

Preferred Qualification: Logistics / Cost Accounting / Operational Management Diploma (i.e. NHD, AAC, CAT, CFA, IACAT, CJBlcb(SA))

Minimum Experience: 2 Years similar role (No experience required if in possession of Preferred Qualification)

Minimum Requirement: No criminal record (To provide SAPS Clearance Certificate or willing to submit to Criminal Clearance Check)
