Male or Female needed to handle basic reception function. Please note this is a workshop environment.
Duties include:
Answering telephone
Ordering of stock from suppliers
Filing
Packing of orders in workshop
Typing of quotations on Excel
Compiling and answering emails to suppliers and customers

Arranging courier bookings
Travel arrangements on short notice Driving duties
Requirements:
Must be able to function in highly stressed situations
This position requires a hands on person, as you will be in
and out of the workshop and office
Good telephone etiquette
Strong personality
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Previous technical or engineering environment will be advantageous
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Valid drivers licence
