Introduction

MotoVantage, formed through a partnership between FirstRand Group and The Hollard Insurance Company, brings you innovative vehicle insurance products at competitive prices as add-ons to any finance agreement.
We are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative in the Sales Department.


Specification
Role Output:

 

 

Successfully meet sales targets
Reviewing of sales performance
Customer service delivery
Cost controls across all facets of your portfolio
Implement and manage action plans to enhance profitability and sales
Prospecting and sourcing of new business in allocated region
Manage/facilitate claims queries via correct channels
Focus on sustainable business
Strict application of the policy wordings and all related documentation during sales process
Debtors’ control/premium collection
Marketing campaigns, Golfing events any “ad hoc” functions
Effective management of time & area to enhance profitability and sales
Liaising with Auto dealers, Dealer Principle, F&I’s & workshops where necessary
Maintenance & extension of sales territory thus increasing dealer / client base
Able to work flexible hours and willing to travel
Manage administration of policy collection and invoicing of clients

•Must be able to foster good working relationships with staff & management.
•Must be pro-active & be able to initiate & implement better processes & procedures & seek continual improvements.
•Must have a professional profile with excellent communication skills (written & oral)
•Must have high energy levels in order to succeed

•Must have own, reliable vehicle

•FAIS 120 credits RE 1 or 5 (Full FAIS Qualification will be to your advantage)
•Intermediate computer literacy – Microsoft Office
