SAGE PEOPLE experience - our payroll and HR is on this

Candidate to have previous experience in this sort of role and preferably not a corporate environment.
Salary – CTC R15 000 (negotiable). This includes optional medical aid. Provident Fund compulsory.

HR Queries: Resolving, checking, capturing, addressing and handling of queries timorously.
Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Ensure Proper filing, document management and good house-keeping.
Drafting up of contracts. (ensure packs are in order and handed to payroll before cut of dates)
Dealing with Labour matters ( drafting up charge sheets, keeping track of all CCMA/DRC Matters)
Administering all disciplinary matters. ( drafting up warnings)

Keeping employees files up to date
Dealing with Overtime / Commission
Counselling Sessions with staff ( Drafting up counselling letters)
Loading of new employees on the system (Sage People) (Assisting Payroll).
Monthly reporting on the staff compliment,
Keeping record of all the blacklist staff in the Group.
Making sure all checks (ITC – Criminal) are done
Ensuring that payroll and clocking’s balance at the end of each month
