Introduction
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager Industrial, Filtration and Lubricants, the successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to all G.U.D. Holdings Industrial customers and enhance and sell G.U.D. Holdings products within the Gauteng market.
Description
The main responsibilities of this position include:
Manage Customer database with call planning and Reporting
Offer and maintain a high level of service to all G.U.D. Holding customers and users
Achieve a mutually acceptable sales growth
Provide product information to customers
Adopt a responsible approach to pricing so as to achieve a reasonable return and gross profit percentage
Be sufficiently trained with respect to G.U.D. Holdings products
Ensure that all promotional programs are implemented as planned
Keep Sales Management informed of competitor activity and customer status
Complete CRM Call Plans & Reports on a Monthly, Weekly & Daily basis
Investigate and review gaps in the availability of G.U.D. Holdings product range in order to fulfill market demands
Fulfill general duties from time to time
Conduct surveys as and when required by Marketing Department
The Sales Representative must conduct all activities in a manner in keeping with the high standards as set by the company.
Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Marketing or Sales Diploma would be advantageous
Valid Code 8 driver's license
Minimum 5 years Industrial Sales Experience
Good Microsoft Office computer literacy
A technical background with an existing customer base in Gauteng
