Entrance Certificate:

To increase parts sales for Hitachi through effective training and promoting of parts. Minimum Qualifications Entrance Certificate: Grade 12,Diploma in Sales Management OR Relevant Diploma (recommended)
Minimum 3 years exposure in Parts and/or Service Earthmoving Industry in a Senior Administrative or managerial role
Data Managements Monitor, review, combine and report on SPE activities for Individuals, Groups and Customers segments. Update and Maintain data, such as CPR, HPP.
Component Management To create a list of components per Mining Model to be monitored.

To obtain component change-out interval according to customer expectations.
Manage and obtain component change-out history from customer.
Sales Promotion To calculate parts sales potential per branch/customer.

To review Parts Stock Strategy for mining and Construction fleet.

Initiate Preventative Maintenance schedule with regards to parts ordering. Identify target customers from each dealer and obtain machine information in order to determine customer needs. Create a schedule for visiting target customers.
Conduct inspections on target customers’ machines and report back to customer on findings. Create a parts and sales proposal together with stakeholders to address customer needs. Monitor the sales and feedback of proposals.
Analyse and report on sales, trends and return on investments.
Share relevant information with stakeholders pertaining to each region. Jointly visit customers with new machine sales Partake in branch parts sales meetings.
Training Conduct parts sales training to service and parts sales employees at branches. Obtain training materials from Service and Parts Promotor
