Dots Design Agency is a successfully growing Marketing Communication Company which started in 2003 and we’re looking for a Sales Manager whom will oversee events and improve client retention as well as maintain the Sales and Marketing Department.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, tireless work ethic and a tremendous appetite for growth. He/she must be Innovative, Self-Motivated and have Professional Leadership skills, be Result Driven, a Team Player and possess Advanced Knowledge in Marketing, Sales and Advertising.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop Innovative Strategies
Establish Sales Objectives
Brand development and effective management and maintenance
Manage media buying
Provide Leadership
Maintain the Sales & Marketing Department
Coordinate and implement company events and corporate branding for promotional events
Coordinate online communications

Oversee the creative development
Coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
Oversee the design and layout of all promotional material
Maintain and facilitate communication between external stakeholders
Budgetary constraints
Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
10+ years in sales, marketing and promotion.
Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
