KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Call, Email Whitemail Response Handling
oResponding to customer queries or enquiries via telephone, email or whitemail fax letters
oObtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
oAnalysing and interpreting data on the available systems to resolve customer queries
oRecording details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Order Payment Processing
oProviding pricing and delivery information
oPerforming customer verifications
oSetting up new customer accounts
oProcessing orders, applications and requests
o340 second Average Handling Time
o95 to schedule Adherence
o80 Productivity
o95 Quality
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO
Have
oAn excellent command of the English language customers are mostly UKbased
oOutstanding verbal and written communication skills
oA clear understanding of how Quality works and how to maintain a good standard.
oSound listening and problemsolving skills
oA strong customerservice orientation
oA high attention to detail and accuracy
Are able to
oLearn and master new information and multiple processes quickly
oEffectively share knowledge and expertise with customers

oWork the following hours UK Hours
10h00 to 20h00 Monday to Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS AND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High level of verbal written English proficiency, with a neutral accent
A minimum of 12 months with the minimum of a D aggregate in English HG for a passed Grade 12 certificate.
relevant working experience in a similar role, within a multichannel Voice Email customer service contact centre environment
Previous experience in both call handling and email correspondence is an essential requirement.
