Key Responsibilities
Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Matric (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate)
Clear Credit Record
Clear Criminal Record
Intermediate Insurance Qualification
Minimum 2 โ 5 years in long term or life insurance experience (Non-Negotiable)
Strong command of the English Language
2 โ 5 years inbound customer service experience specific to the life insurance industry
HIV Counsellor Experience advantageous
Must be PC Literate
Experience REMUNERATION AND EXTRA ADDED BENEFITS:
Permanent position (6 Month Probation Period)

Working Hours are Monday โ Friday 8:00am โ 18:00pm
One Saturday per month โ 8:00am โ 13:00pm
Early shift โ 8:00am โ 17:00pm
Late Shift โ 9:00am โ 18:00pm
