The Junior (Tier 1) Call Centre Agent must have at least 1 yearsβ experience in the IT field & call centre environment, own reliable transport required.Preferred qualifications include A+, N+. A candidate with both the attitude and aptitude to succeed in the area of IT Support and Client Services Consulting will fill this position.The candidate must have a love for all things IT, have strong problem-solving skills and display an eagerness to learn and grow within the Netsurit team.Netsurit employees know that we are all in this together and work is an important part of life, so it should be fun.A positive attitude and sense of humour is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide professional, concise communication with team members and customers
Excellent customer service, verbal Communication, phone Skills and a high level of professionalism
Basic computer skills
Incident management and resolving service requests
Basic understanding of ITSM Systems
Troubleshooting hardware, OS and software related issues on workstations
Good knowledge on Microsoft applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Must have a good understanding of network security, malware/ransomware prevention
Must be able to install, configure and troubleshoot 3rd party applications such as managed Antivirus
The perfect candidate will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure on their own or as part of a team
