A Company that Manufactures and distributes specialised Thermal and Electrical Insulation Materials is looking for a National Sales and Operations Assistant to join their Team.

Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Must be able to stick to deadlines
Must have interest to learn the skills needed and to concentrate on the work that needs to be completed by the deadline
Needs to be assertive and ambitious
Ensure that your work is correct and up to date to prevent unnecessary rework issues and delays in the system Ensure that proper information is given through to your internal and external customer basis for accurate work processes to be followed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Required to assist the National Sales & Operations Manager with the following processes:
Credit Notes
Closing off outstanding manuals
Final monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales
Analyzing budgets
Cleaning up of old backorders and quotes – Following up on it with the rest of the team.
Investigations on stock, system queries and customer complaints
Administrative duties related to the rebate stores, Health & Safety, HR, Internal Sales & Stores
Not limited to the above, but any other required requests & admin functions.
