A leading player in the sales industry is looking to expand their sales teams.
This will be the selling of insurance to pre contacted leads who have already agreed to the call.

We only work on referrals and thus there is absolutely no cold calling.
The only duty of sales consultants is to convert leads into sales (conversational and influential) we do not sell aggressively.

We do not have claw-backs and thus we do not wait for you to reach a certain target before you qualify for basic or your commission.
Salaries are all above market related and we offer uncapped commission on top of a monthly R5500-00 basic salary + benefits (med aid, death & disability cover, reimbursement of Gautrain travel).

We want sales professionals who know that they can sell and who has a very assertive and persuasive personality.
