POSITION: MOBILE TECHNICAL TEAM SUPERVISOR

AREA: MIDRAND

CTC: R 6,000 – R 7,000

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license and willing to work overtime including some weekends
Experience in the cleaning industry
Minimum Matric
Microsoft windows programs – Word, Excel
Ability to handle large industrial cleaning equipment and machinery
Communication skills
Problem solving and Conflict handling
Negotiation skills
Time Management
Assertiveness
Decision making
Organizational Skills
DUTIES INCLUDE

Site inspection (monitor that cleanliness on the site is of high standard)
Cleanliness of facility
Facility cleaned in accordance with established schedule
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards with use of detergents/other cleaning agents.
Use of appropriate cleaning agents and methods to ensure standards are maintained
Deep Cleaning of carpets, windows, scrubbing floors, walls etc
Maintain inventory
Write onsite job logs/orders;
Responsible for job planning & execution with OPS Manager;
Suggest improvements and carry them out if possible with OPS Manager;
Ensure executive onsite of method statements/procedures of cleaning;
Maintains store, equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing of equipment;
Inspecting completed work onsite;
Ordering onsite chemical to office
Troubleshoots equipment problems and solves technical issues if possible;
Takes pre-emptive action to prevent onsite technical errors;
Undertaking necessary administration and paperwork specific to technical jobs.;
Watch for and recognises security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations;
Complete all onsite technical cleaning Jobs too extensive for cleaning teams
Describe products/services and explain use, operation, and care of equipment to cleaners;
Operates as a runner and driver for the company.
