Assessment of claims
Client queries
Request outstanding information from clients (telephonic & e-mail),
Resolve claim queries
Request outstading information
Data Analysis Functions
Analyse daily claims reports
Control workflow according to data analysed
Track SLA status of claims
Identify claims about to enter critical status according to SLA and notify Claims Administrators, Supervisor or Manager, Track and follow up outstanding documents
Track banking details reports and follow up
Candidate Requirements
A minimum of 3 years previous experience processing medical aid claims.
Matric
RE5 certified
Knowledge of ICD Codes, medical procedures and medical aid schemes
Strong telephone etiquette and able to liaise with external parties
MS Office
