Lucy Electric, a Market Leader in its field is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant/ Administrator.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

People & Benefits:

Management of Admin function including org structure/gaps/solutions.
Provide supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; implementing HR policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Attendance monitoring of all employees
Verify/maintain all assets issued – (Finance admin function)
Inventory- all assets- reissue – (Finance admin function)
IT monthly charges Vs provision – (Finance admin function)
IT assets issuance based
Maintain iphones issued

Monitor monthly IT charges – (Finance admin function)
HR Admin support to business (ATR, recruitment, variation, data management, engagement)


General Admin:

Initiate timely negotiation of rents with landlords of Commercial Properties/ advertising signage etc.
Ensure timely renewal of documents with close coordination with Business head and Finance/Procurement Department and also initiate action/approvals for Trade documents needed
Leads Compliance with all existing Governmental and Labor Legal requirements including any related to Disabilities, Occupational Injuries, Workmen Compensation, Insurance Claims and the Occupational Safety in close coordination with HR and Finance team.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options and maintaining equipment.
Updating HR processes and procedures accordingly.
Developing systems and processes to enable continuous improvement in admin support, forward planning and cost savings.
Assist Business head to ensure administration of QHSE requirements
Maintain Office Premises for LESA
Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
Internal Stakeholder management - Directors and Business Heads, Head of HR, Finance Teams etc.
Manage external Stakeholders Government Authorities, Hospital, Police and Suppliers (in assistance to Procurement Function)
Taking minutes on Management meeting
Arranging flights, accommodation and travelling documents for LESA employee with relevant travelling agencies.
Advising clients (other LE entities) on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passport
Provide backup to certain AX functions and logistical requirements
Minimum Qualifications , Certification and Knowledge:

Bachelors Degree
Minimum5-8 years experience in an HR/Admin capacity
Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet and Visio
Excellent presentation skills
Financial Acumen.
Solution Oriented and Service Focused.
Team player with strong analytical skills, able to contribute actively.


Job-Specific Skills:

Previous experience in Admin/Logistics/Transport.
Administration, Customer Service, Employee Relations, Human Resources
Good communication, conflict-resolution and problem solving skills.
Commercial Astute to efficiently manage multi geography admin support team
Excellent knowledge of Administrative management
Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work proactively and maintain relationships
Valid Driving License
