Junior Logistics Receiving Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving, checking and scanning of all incoming stock and shipments in JDE
Responsible for co-ordinating Exports shipments to suppliers
Must be able to work closely with the Johannesburg CSD team and Market Access Managers
Must be able to generate basic Logistics Management Reports
Assist with daily Logistics tasks in the Logistics department

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Valid driver’s license
Computer literate, working daily on an ERP system, MS Office packages & Outlook and Excel
Good numeracy and writing skills
Able to work afterhours when required

Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Able to function independently, without constant supervision.
Previous experience working in receiving and dispatch environment
Attention to detail important
Accuracy and adherence to work procedure essential
