Spearville Trading is a diversified construction company based in Rossburgh. We are looking for a driver to join our team.

Job Purpose

Driver needed for a high paced construction office. Will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently by facilitating the transport of the materials, supplies, documents and passengers as required by the company.

Duties:

Drive light, medium motor vehicles to transport passengers, deliver goods and other items (mail and documents).
Complete all the required and prescribed records and logs books with regard to the vehicle and goods handled.
Render a clerical support/messenger services between relevant offices.
Collect goods as required by management.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times
Deliver and pick up material and documents at offices following the instructions accurately

Ensure the timely conveyance of materials and documents to and from places as instructed by supervisor or manager and report any instance of mishap to supervisor/manager
Some buying responsibilities, such as the purchase of weekly refreshment items.
Competencies:

Must be willing to work weekends if required.
Must have a good knowledge of Durban and surrounding areas.
Must be able to multitask
Requirements:

Must have a valid drivers licence
At least 5 years experience
PDP beneficial
