Data Analyst / Capturer

A dynamic company based in Randburg is looking for a Data Analyst / Capturer

Duties:

Capturing and looking at spreadsheets
Looking at prices
Managing and providing analytics and reporting services to support procurement and accounting
Responsible for generating accurate procurement reporting by collecting and analyzing information from various sources
Responsible for ensuring quotes and contracts and rebates are accurately maintained
Track and report on key functional metrics to help reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:

Analytical experience (essential)

Previous experience in the restaurant industry (advantageous)
Ability to multitask strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders and restaurant management
Own vehicle and valid drivers license (preferable)
Non-smoker (preferable)
English speaking
Computer Literacy:

Computer savvy
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Micros and / or GAAP systems (advantageous)
