About the Position

Purpose:

The agent will be responsible to generate new business as well as ensuring recurring income from the existing customer base within a great team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Calling on existing customer database and building relationships in order to increase revenue
Cold calling new clients and establishing relationships and to increase your sales revenue
Dealing with compliments and complaints
Problem solving
Must be a motivated person and highly target driven
Well-spoken and all-round good communication skills and polite

Great telephone etiquette and good listener
Customer service orientated, multi-skilled and professional at all times
Stable track record
Be able to work under pressure whilst having a good attention to details.
Data assessment on sales orders and execution of the requests
Capturing of orders
Must be a team player

Requirements

Must have Matric or equivalent
2-5 years experience in call centres
Proficient in English and Afrikaans, additional languages are beneficial
Computer literature
