My client a national fleet & vehicle surveillance company is seeking a Bureau Service Agent to join their young vibrant dynamic team in Bloemfontein.

The main purpose will be to provide customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Role Outputs

Identify Customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Prepare customer service summary reports
Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations
Initiate required action for response to Customer's service requests
Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external Customers

Prepare, generate and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgements to appropriate personnel
Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as and when required
Attend to all customer inquiries/communications as required
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications

Matric
Computer literate โ€“ MS OFFICE: MUST be able to work in EXCEL on formulas.{all other MS Office related programs as well e.g. OneDrive, OneNote, Office 365, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Office for Android, Office for iPad, Office for iPhone}
Two years progressive customer service
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt according to different situation
Be able to work independently
Must work well under pressure
Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to prioritize
Self-motivated
Adaptable
Organizational skills
Required Skills
Customer Service Agent
Data Capture Experience : 2 to 3 years
Excel Formulas : 2 to 3 years
