Admin/Office Assistant-The Pastry Box
Manufacturers and suppliers of frozen pies and other pastry products
Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
General
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Dealing with customer queries
· Contacting customers for collection of book
· Ensuring that all supplier credit notes are received
· Supplier Reconciliations
· Monitoring and ensuring that Biometric Time & Attendance System is utilized correctly, and completed on a daily basis.
· Filing: Particularly customer and Supplier related documents, employee related documents, as well as all documents
related to our food safety system.
Data Capturing
· Supplier Invoices & Credit notes
· Supplier Payments
· Customer invoicing & credit notes
· Customer Payments
. Certain records which make part of our food saftey system
Requirements, Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Matric
· Driver’s license and own transport
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
· Excellent Customer and Supplier telephone and email skills
· Basic Accounting knowledge
· Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
· Attention to detail
· High level of accuracy
